REAL ESTATE IN THE MADISON VALLEY

Statistics drawn from the Southwest Montana MLS, as of July 1, 2010

In our opinion, the market in the Madison Valley has been very good during the first six months of 2010.  Arrow Real Estate has far exceeded the past two years in sales and listings.  We believe it is because of our marketing and our service.  June was busy even though the Madison River was still running high and muddy.

The latest figures from the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service for the Madison Valley (including Virginia City, Harrison, Pony, Cardwell, McAllister, Cameron, Whitehall, etc.) from January 1, 2010 through July 1, 2010 are as follows:

• LAND:  406 vacant lots listed, 3 pending sale, 11 lots sold, year to date. 
  
• RESIDENTIAL:  156 homes listed, 7 pending sales, 15 homes sold, year to date + two that Arrow sold which were not on MLS!
