• Larry Larsen "Senior," sales associate, is a retired civil engineer, licensed surveyor and former head of the Montana Department of Highways. 2. A FAIR COMMISSION POLICY:

Arrow Real Estate allocates a good percentage of the company budget to advertising listings. Our standard commission is 5% to 6% on residential properties and 7% to 10% on vacant land. This rate is negotiable, depending upon the property and the marketing effort required. These commission rates are typical for our area and we recommend this level, particularly on premium properties, in order to receive the largest participation from other brokers.

If Arrow Real Estate acts as a dual agent (representing both buyer and seller), with no outside broker involved, our fee could be adjusted to the transaction. It is the policy of Arrow Real Estate to offer outside selling brokers 50% of the total commission, for members of the Madison Beaverhead Board of Realtors. Commission split is slightly less to non-member selling brokers.

Your property deserves the best and you would receive a well thought out marketing program, as well as knowledge and experience. The pricing of your property is extremely important if you wish to sell it within 6 months. Anyone can list property, but over-priced properties do not sell well in this valley.
